It is the scriptural duty of every Christian to be able to “give an account for the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15). As our surrounding culture drifts further from the truth, we must be ready to shine light in the darkness. Jesus really is the Answer to every question. The work of Christian apologetics is to think carefully about how that ultimate answer applies to the specific questions people around us are asking. This ten-week course is designed to help you formulate and articulate those answers.
Ladies Bible Study for Fall
Women of First Baptist Fairhope love to dig deeper into God’s Word! The Ladies Bible Study for Spring 2024 will be “No Other Gods: The Unrivialed Pursuit of Christ” by Kelly Minter. Six different Bible teachers will explore six different prayers in Scripture to help us to learn about the nature of prayer and how to pray both personally and corporately. The same study is offered three times each week in-person and online.
Weekly Schedule for this study:
Tuesday 9:00-10:30am (S201)
Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm (S201)

Do you want to know what kind of character you should have as a Christian? What ought to define your outer way of life and your inner habit of mind? The Sermon on the Mount speaks directly to those questions, exposing us to truths that stand to test us and bring new relevance to our lives. The Sermon on the Mount brings you face-to-face with your own humanity and brings forth the lessons from this matchless model of the Christian life.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm
Facilitators: Tammy Shaw & Lauren Hardman
Moms have a chance to gather for some mom talk and a devotion each week at Mom Talk. No sign up needed.
Worship is what we are created to do and we are seeing such a wonderful movement of God in our church! On Wednesday nights at 6:00, both our Orchestra (Worship Center) and our Worship Choir (Social Hall) rehearse to prepare for the coming Sundays and big events. It is obvious God is at work here at First Fairhope and we would love for you to join the community that leads in worship each Sunday morning! For more information, you can reach out to our Worship Pastor, Scott Lee at firstname.lastname@example.org!

First Fairhope's Waiver for Minors
We have a new and secure way we will be managing all our waviers (Medical/Permission form). It’s through an online platform called SmartWaiver. We request that every parent complete the form now. They are good until the end of the year. Waivers are kept digitally and will be required of any minor going off campus with our church groups. Here’s the link:
